Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Chief Executive Officer
Ryan Bloom
Ryan Bloom is a fourth-generation electrical business leader. Taught from a young age by his father David and his uncle Richard, Ryan grew up around the industry but endeavored to do anything but get involved in electrical contracting. Providentially, Ryan did enter the electrical industry upon graduation from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) in 2010. He added a master’s in business administration in 2020 from the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business. In his 14 year career, Ryan has rapidly scaled up brand-new operations in NW Oklahoma, South Texas, and North Dakota; successfully launched a standalone entity within the largest publicly traded infrastructure firm in North America, planned and executed the deployment of power infrastructure for Oklahoma’s largest oil & gas producer, and developed oil & gas assets for the largest private-equity backed exploration and production startup in history. Since 2016, Ryan has been the co-founder and Principal – Finance & Administration of Pathfinder. In December 2022, Ryan accepted God’s calling into full time ministry as the Chief Executive Officer of Pathfinder. Ryan is married to the love of his life, Alisha, whose unwavering support has enabled him to succeed in life. They have 4 incredible, world-changing children and are blessed to have amazing extended families and a support network of church community and friends.

Payton Bishop
Payton Bishop is responsible for expansion of Pathfinder’s influence by sales, development of new operations, and by acquisitions and divestitures. Payton brings a diverse background in electric utilities and oil & gas, two of Pathfinder’s primary markets served. He has served in various sales leadership roles in the oilfield service and chemical industries and provided key support in the Hurricane Maria restoration efforts in Puerto Rico. Payton joined the Pathfinder team in 2020 and quickly rose the ranks to become manager and then Vice President of Business Development, followed by his current role of Chief Development Officer. Payton is a tenacious go-getter while developing strong mutually beneficial relationships between all involved parties. Detail oriented, he brings gravity to every situation and makes his and others’ visions a practical reality. Seeing value where others do not, he is a proven finder of untapped potential in people and projects. Connecting people and relating to others is Payton’s top talent. Payton’s wife McKayla is a regionally respected natural light photographer. They are raising their two young children in the Oklahoma City metro and are active members of their church and small group. Payton doesn’t do anything halfway and is an avid fisherman, hunter, and golfer.

Michael Lane
Michael Lane is a multi-faceted creative with over 15 years of experience. Joining Pathfinder in 2023, he is leading a new initiative to equip and empower the Pathfinder team to reach their personal and professional goals. Michael is married to Paige and has six kids. In his spare time, you can find him looking for silence, because that’s very hard to come by with a full house, collecting sports cards, going on the occasional run, and having dance parties to the latest Disney movie soundtrack with his girls.
